Lockbox instRuctions
56 Bogart St Building Side entrance Next to 13 Grattan Street
#1 is where you will pick up the keys to let you and your team in. The Code for the lockbox is: (Given upon confirmation).
Instruction Studio A:
Make your way to the #1 entrance on Grattran Street.
If you take a car put in the Address 13 Grattan Street Brooklyn NY 11206, this address will set you off right next to the lockbox.
On the side of 56 Bogart St building, you will find a lockbox called Elsker Studio A next to the building’s Side entrance. Enter the code given to you upon confirmation. Grab the keys and be sure to close the lockbox afterward.
Use key #1 to enter the two doors on the side of the building.
Go to the second-floor number key #2 to enter.
Walk to the left when you get into the hallway, all the way to the end.
Then go straight down to unit 216 which has the name “Elsker Studio-A”
Use key #3 to unlock the door and you are in.
A friendly reminder to remember to reset the studio after use and lock the studio after you leave the studio session or anytime you won’t be in the studio. Please also return the keys to the lockbox before your studio session is up.

Make your way to the #1 entrance on Grattran Street.

Go to the first-floor number no key is needed for this door.
Walk to the left when you get into the hallway, all the way to the end.
Then go straight down to unit 1122 which has the name “Elsker Studio-B”
Use key #2 to unlock the door and you are in.
