BY BOOKING YOU AGREE TO OUR STUDIO POLICIES:

SELF-SEVICE STUDIO

Booker will set up lights Equipment and Seamless paper and break down and reset the studio them-selves for each session.

BOOKINGS

We require payment in full to secure a booking.

AVAILABILITY

The studios are open for bookings from 6AM to 12AM.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel more than 72 hours before the start of the booking you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 48 hours before the start of the booking you will receive a 50% refund. We do not issue refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the start of the booking. Bookings start at the time of the reservation and you will need to be fully wrapped up in the studio with keys in the lockbox by your end time. If you need to extend your booking past the scheduled end time you will have to request that 1 hour before your booking ends. However, this needs to be confirmed by the studio before your time is up.

NOISE POLICY

Noise must be kept to a respectable volume as we have other tenants and neighbors in the building. Music should not be able to be heard from the hallways from outside the studio doors. Any noise generated that would be considered outside of a normal office volume such as live instruments, singing, dance rehearsals, is strictly prohibited and you will be asked to cease your production and/or leave the studio. Please coordinate with the studio ahead of time if you feel your booking may generate noise beyond a reasonable volume.

NO EVENT PARTIES ARE ALLOWED:

Parties are strictly prohibited. If a booking is found to be an event/ party you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and will be charged a penalty charge of total $1000.

IMPORTANT STUDIO KEYS GUIDELINES: The Studio keys need to be returned to the lockbox when your studio booking is up. The penalty charge is enforced if you are 5 min late to return the keys or the studio is not reset the total penalty charge is $50.

• Tip to avoid penalty charge: Set a 20-minute alarm before your time is up, to delicate enough time to reset the studio and return the keys.

OVERTIME

Overtime hours are billed at 1.5 rate per hour as the original booking (not factoring in any promo codes or discounts used).

You may extend into overtime if needed as long as it does not conflict with a booking after yours. Please note that we close at 12AM, so you may also not extend past that time unless you have inquired about a later night shoot.

You must be COMPLETELY wrapped by the end of your booking and with the keys in the lockbox to avoid overtime hours being billed. If you are still shooting and/or wrapping up when your booking ends, this will count as overtime.

CLEANING

The studio must be reset there is picture guidance in the studio. All equipment must be put away, with trash brought to the trash bins. If the studio requires significant cleaning after your booking, a cleaning fee of $100 will be added.

THE USE OF GLITTER IS NOT ALLOWED. A cleaning fee will automatically be applied if glitter is used.

AUDIO RECORDING

We are NOT a sound stage. The studios are NOT noise-proof. We cannot guarantee complete silence. There may be noise from the hallways, traffic noises outside the windows, construction happening outside, or any number of other noises that may interfere with your shoot. If you choose to record audio please understand that you are doing so at your own risk.

CONDUCT ON PREMISES

Rooftop access is strictly prohibited. Attempting to access the roof will result in the building alarm being triggered.

Drug use is strictly prohibited.

Smoking/vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited anywhere within the building.

Use of smoke/haze machines of any kind is strictly prohibited.

DO NOT use the public areas (hallways, conference room, lobby, etc.) as an extension of the studio. Filming and shooting are only permitted within the studio spaces.

Please do not drag any furniture or heavy objects across the floors. Please ask if you need assistance moving anything. Do not move any equipment or furniture outside the studio door.
